[Elecraft] RTTY basics

I would like to try RTTY with my new K3 but I know absolutely nothing about setting up for operating. I need a basis to be able to use the instructions in the Owner's Manual. Such things as what tones to use or speeds or anything else that needs to be set. Where would I look to find a primer
