I am licensed under the ARRL 600m Experimental Group which operates 495-510 KHz. The warc recommendations for 461-469, 471-478 KHz are below the current min. freq. for the K3, 480-KHz. Will the K3 operate down there with a firmware change or will it take hardware mods? If the allocation is
