I just purchased and put together a KXPA100 Amp. I want to use it at home with
my power supply (same one
Elecraft currently sells). But I also want to use the amp with my KX3 out of
doors in a portable situation.
I tried my KXPA100 with my 12v 22ah battery and I received a "LO SPPLY" message

I am looking to sell some of my Yaesu Radios in order to purchase a K3s. What
are good reliable places to
sell my radios? (FT-950 and FT-857D). I am trying to avoid ebay. I live in New

Are there any rankings or detail info on how good (or bad) the K3s 2 meter
module is in regards to being
able to receive 2M SSB? It's time for me to buy a 2m SSB radio. And I wonder if
the 2M module receives as
well as HF on the K3s. Am considering getting a K3s with 2M and being that's

Now that people are getting their new K3s' I was wondering when will the K3

other tuners take anywhere

love Elecraft-Napple. But the last posting on napple.com was from late 2012,
almost three years ago. Is it
possible to keep the KX3 postings up to date so that I can use it instead of

I humbly submit the following product idea to Elecraft.
A two meter all mode radio, encased in the current KX3 body. All the components
of this radio are already
being made by Elecraft, except for a needed ATU. Suggested price $500. I'd also
recommend making it at least
25-50 watts output. I
I am a happy KX3, KXPA100 owner. I had the opportunity to obtain a Flex-1500
radio. I want to use the
Flex-1500 with the KXPA100, since the Flex is a qrp radio.
My question: Do I have to have a cable running into the KXPA's PTT plug or can
the KXPA100 be keyed up by
the Flex-1500 via just coax
