Bug 852521 really could use some love. I think it's one of those details
that matters. It's very probably not luna-beta1, but there are lots of
related branches and comments to read.

It doesn't make sense to me, Never is represents by zero (0) so i believe
it must be at the start of the scale...

Well I think it makes sense in that you're adding the amount of time before
sleep. So here, Never means infinity and not 0.
