[Elementary-dev-community] A couple of testers running 12.04

I run Ubuntu 13.04 and Noise doesn't compile on it yet so I'll need somebody to test the following two branches on 12.04 and comment on them saying if they work as expected or not: https://code.launchpad.net/~marcus-lundgren/noise/fix-1182740/+merge/176217 That one just test if Ctrl+N effectively
