Another minor improvement for user.css. --enable-html-highlight
is necessary to use the CSS rules at the bottom. (Thanks to

Hi,
Today I tried to set up a user.css for custom colors. But it
didn't worked because I hadn't set use_document_colors to 1 (or
2). eigensolver in #elinks helped me to find this.
Here is a patch to add this information to user.css so others may
find it easily.
