That site is distributing "ecard.exe" containing references to OpenSSL and DNSAPI.dll. It's probably a Trojan horse of some kind. The elinks-dev list used to let through messages from non-subscribers if they didn't look at all like spam. That feature has now let through three spams this month, so I've disabled it for now; such messages will be moderated.
