Hi, In case you haven’t figured it out by yourself since you asked, you need to go to the options manager and enable Document > Browsing > Forms > Show form history dialog, or directly set document.browse.forms.show_formhist to 1 in your ~/.elinks/elinks.conf.
Afterwards every time you post a new login form, you’ll see a dialog asking if it should be saved or not. The form history manager only allows you to manage the saved forms.
