The LaTeX file is generated, but the eps extension is not recognized
even though graphicx is in the preamble. I use Ubuntu 11.10, Emacs 23
and AucTeX.
The failure happens when I press C-c C-c the latex compile command of AucTeX.
Any suggestions?

agree. I had used TikZ previously and liked it a lot. I have
left ditaa after trying it with minimal example and still having the
problem. I do not have time to look at it any longer.
I wrote the TikZ code instead in my org file and that works very well.

git pull upgrade this morning the export to LaTeX of ditaa has changed
to hyperref. I can post the relevant LaTeX lines if necessary.

\usepackage{color} then it throws an error during compilation. If I
move the \definecolor... _after_ \usepackage{color} it compiles.
