[O] Links with link text like [2011-10-10] fail to export properly

With Org-mode version 7.7 (release_7.7.601.g55e4d)
and minimal init,

the following link

[[http://www.google.com][2011-09-16]]

gets exported to html as

[[http://www.google.com] <span class="timestamp-wrapper"> <span 
class="timestamp">2011-09-16</span></span>]

not as a link.
