Two separate commands serve much the same purpose from the author's
point of view:
- C-c C-x b (org-tree-to-indirect-buffer) opens an indirect buffer for
the subtree
- C-x n s (org-narrow-to-subtree) narrows the existing buffer to the
subtree
Both of these "hoist" the subtree outline to f
