Bug: latex export of item description [9.3.6 (9.3.6-elpa)]
Hello,
The following list:
- label :: information
when exported to latex generates:
\begin{description}
\item{label} information
\end{description}
the format should be:
\begin{description}
\item[label] information
\end{description}
The difference being "label" should be enclosed in [ ] not { }

The fontification is at fault here. This is because its implementation cannot understand fully the syntax(!). So, you'll encounter some glitches like this one from time to time.
