org-publish.el that prevent it from compiling in xemacs. I have to run
dos2unix on it before compiling.

Hi
From now on, CVS Emacs will again carry the
latest version of org-mode, so if you
are working with the bleeding-edge Emacs, you will
not have to install org-mode from my webpage.
Also, org-publish.el is now part of Emacs, org-mouse.el
will follow soon.

In the meantime, I have discovered a work-around is to add a blank row
to the table before the hline:
