[Orgmode] GFDL with cover texts

2008-06-06 Thread Seb
Hi, I'm trying to package org-mode for debian, but it is unfortunately being rejected: its manual is licensed under the GFDL, *with Front-Cover texts*, which cannot make into Debian[1]. Is there any way that the documentation could be dual-licensed under the GPL too ? Cheers, --Seb 1: http://ww

You can also load the file into Emacs and then check the value of the variable `major-mode' in that buffer. It will be c-mode or org-mode or whatever. From this value, just strig the "-mode" and you have the value you need to use in the begin_src line. - Carsten -Original Message- From

[Orgmode] Narrow to subtree and widen again - missing documentation

2008-06-06 Thread Harri Kiiskinen
Hello all, I just spent some time trying to find out, how to get back to the whole buffer after having narrowed in to a subtree ('org-narrow-to-subtree', C-x n s). I could not find any hints in the documentation as to how to return to the whole buffer. A search of the mailing list hinted, that

[Orgmode] Bug: switch state of invisible todo item

2008-06-06 Thread Reimar Finken
Dear Carsten and all the other developers, Let me first thank you for this wonderful package. However, I have found a small but irritating bug when using `org-clock-in-switch-to-state'. Nothing terribly important if you have other priorities, but it still gets me every so often. Thanks very much

Thanks. Yes, I have done this. Just realised that it loads the items first in load-path, and later ones don't supersede. So used cons, not append, to get org mode in ~/ emacs to load first, before packaged one. Newest org mode loads, and the bugs are gone. Thanks. On 2 Jun 2008, at 17:33,
