that might be of help.
Of course, whether Pandoc can be useful to you really depends on your
needs. Pandoc's internal document representation is based on Markdown,
and by its very nature Markdown is more limited in it capabilities than
Org. In essence, anything that cannot be handled by (Pandoc's version
of) Markdown, cannot be handled by Pandoc in other formats.

Great, thanks! I looked at the source of `org-store-link', but this
wasn't obvious to me. :-/

Yes, I've been doing that and I've arrived at something that works, just
wasn't sure it was the Right Way™. :-)

That sounds pretty cool, thanks!

-store-link`. I looked at the
source of `org-store-link` and it looks like the answer is no, but I
thought I'd ask anyway. I could of course create the link myself and add
it to `org-stored-links` but that feels rather hackish and I suspect
will blow up in my face at some point in the future.

it works for me with:

headline and you move point to it, it (un)folds the headline. so you need
to make sure TAB is on a line that it indents.

actually, IME, if you select the table and then hit tab, it does indent.

but doing a 'git pull' tells me "already up-to-date" and 'grep org-version'
gives me a line with "7.5" in it.

n't think firefox 3.6 has it, you'll need firefox 4. chrome and the latest
internet explorer should also work.

Hi all,
I was wondering if there's a way to separate weeks in month view in the agenda.
Either an empty line or a dashed line or something, anything that's more
conspicuous than the "Wxx" that is displayed, because that doesn't really stand
out.
TIA

4) For the same reason, is it possible to make sure the files agenda.org and
index.org that MobileOrg creates are placed somewhere outside the agenda
directory?
Thanks,

n essence yes, as long as it's a text file and contains valid bibtex entries.
(note that bibtex isn't unicode-aware; i have no idea how bibtex reacts to files
containing unicode characters in text it's ignoring.)

I do... So the next time the need occurs, I'll have forgotten how I did it. But
because WHEN I need to export stuff, it's usually more than a single region,
it's annoying that the "export to buffer, save to temp dir, run latex"-sequence

doesn't do what one would expect. (note that i can't write the full path because
i switch between linux and OS X, which expand ~ differently: linux to

OS X to /Users/.)
also, i'd like to be able to specify an export directory for the entire org

t actually interested in the .tex or .pdf
file itself and I don't want to clutter up the directory containing my org
files. So preferably the latex/pdf file should go into ~/tmp or /tmp, where it
can sit until I clean it out.

change "rm %b-pdf" to "rm -f %b.pdf", that should take care of it.

it may be that s/he installed TeXLive directly, /not/ through MacTeX.
if that is indeed the case, i would advise the OP to remove TeXLive and install
it through MacTeX. that may solve his/her problems.

Great,
example, I teach a class every Thursday, but the
Thu. 13th of May was Ascension Day, so the class was cancelled. I would like the
event to not show up on such days.
BTW, I'm using Aquamacs 2.0, (org-version) says "6.33x", in case that's
relevant.
TIA
