[O] [ISSUE] source block coderef link does not work when not under same headline

Here is an example, on first coderef link, it can work. But not work on second same coderef link. Seems because of ~org-link-search~ can't search across headline scope? #+begin_src org ,* Test coderef in source block ,#+begin_src emacs-lisp (print "hi")
