[O] Error in the Tables in HTML export section of the manual

In the example of Tables in HTML export the example sais:

 #+ATTR_HTML: border=2 rules=all frame=all

This is wrong HTML syntax. It should be:

 #+ATTR_HTML: border=2 rules=all frame=border
