I am not sure if this a bug or intended behaviour, but org-cycle
behaves ddifferently than expected when I call it using M-x (rather
than with TAB). Instead of cycling
FOLDED--CHILDREN--SUBTREE--FOLDED
it cycles
FOLDED--CHILDREN--FOLDED
