I've not seen a way to do this thus far -
I'm experimenting with using task clocking in org-mode and was

I would like to clock time in org mode from git commit logs. The simple
case I'd like to handle is continuous commit activity on a single
branch without merges, formatted as org-mode headings at a fixed level.
The following git log format provides a useful starting point for manual
editing:

Has anyone devised a format to bring git commit logs into org-mode for the
purposes of clocking time?
I have a few repositories that I need to retroactively log hours worked
from commit messages. I expect that appropriate git log formatting might
make it much easier.

Hello All,
I have been using org-mode for a while now and want to use clocking of
time. My system time is correct but whenever I insert a start or stop
time it is 1 hour earlier. Do I need to tell it something about my
time zone to make it insert the correct time?
Thanks,
Chris.

oOoOo
When I have a TODO item, and I've added time to it by clocking in and out,
what happens if I reschedule that item for the next day, to continue working
on it, then again clock time in and out?
I should say, what is going to happen to the dynamic clock block I have placed
at the top of the file.
