I have done. But It has not failed with 27.1.

Thanks for reporting this.

Can you instrument the `org-babel-read' function?

You can do this with C-h f org-babel-read RET and then C-u C-M-x
on the function's definition.

Then run your code and see where `org-babel-read' exactly fail at
parsing.

Thanks,

Remember to cover the basics, that is, what you expected to happen and
what in fact did happen. You don't know how to make a good report? See

 https://orgmode.org/manual/Feedback.html#Feedback

Your bug report will be posted to the Org mailing list.

Hi. I am testing the pretest. And I have try the snippet below on emacs -Q

1. M-x find-file ~/borrame.org
2. cp content below to borrame.org buffer:

from top to bottom

 (sqlite . t)
 )))
)
(shell-command-to-string "sqlite3 ~/my_timelines.sqlite3 'CREATE TABLE IF NOT
EXISTS time_lines (id INTEGER PRIMARY KEY AUTOINCREMENT NOT NULL, title
varchar(255));'")
#+END_SRC

** this subtree works as expected
