Evil mode text objects behave very badly in org-mode (specifically paragraphs).
Is this a know problem? Is there a fix?

Can you please be more specific? I use evil and org
ommand takes an optional parameter for the offset,
and this is implemented as a LaTeX attribute associated with
the Org mode footnote definition, e.g., ┌ │ #+attr_latex:
:offset 36pt │ [fn:1] Cook referred to Koa`a as Koah. └
