Modifying buffer name to contain name of host etc?

Hi Now that I've got TRAMP working from an NT client (see previous post), I'd like to be able to have "remote" buffers marked in some way; at the moment the buffer name is simply the file name. Ideally I'd like the buffer to be called something like user@host:file or some such. I'm likely to be
