APPLICATION SUPPORT SPECIALIST (OPEN SYSTEMS) Wholesale Banking (Corporate Channels)* Minimum 7 + Yrs of experience as Application Support Specialist for Wholesale Banking (Corporate Channels) Prior application maintenance and 24x7 production support experience mandatory. Excellent communication skills. Able to articulate problems, solutions, root cause in meetings / telecoms. Technically strong in Open Systems area particularly in Weblogic, Oracle, Unix/sun Solaris, MQ, Internet technologies. Should be able to liaise with vendor extensively. ******************************************************************************************************************************************************* *2. APPLICATION SUPPORT SPECIALIST Wholesale Banking (Swift, Merva, Remittance, Giro)* Application Support Specialist for Wholesale Banking (Mainframe) Prior application maintenance and 24x7 production support experience mandatory Mainframe area but strong Payments (Swift / Merva / Remittance / Giro) and Investment as well as Corporate Banking domain knowledge. Excellent communication skills. Able to articulate problems, solutions, root cause in meetings / telecoms. ******************************************************************************************************************************************************* *3. APPLICATION SUPPORT SPECIALIST (FLEXCUBE GAIN / LOANS)* Minimum 3 yrs of exp in Flexcube Production Support Environment. Prior application maintenance and 24x7 production support experience mandatory. Excellent communication skills. Able to articulate problems, solutions, root cause in meetings / telecoms. Must be able to support the Flexcube Gain / Loans (vendor applications). Expected to hold technical discussions with vendor and validate the recommendations made by them. Expected to monitor/optimize performance of the databases and applications. Prior experience working with AIX, AIX scripting, Oracle database, Oracle scripting/programming, ********************************************************************************************************************************************************** *4. PEOPLESOFT APPLICATION SUPPORT SPECIALIST* Application Support Specialist for Enterprise Prior application maintenance and 24x7 production support experience mandatory Excellent communication skills. Able to articulate problems, solutions, root cause in meetings / telecoms. Good knowledge of Peoplesoft GL application, able to perform technical support such as running of jobs, scripts and application server administrator. *********************************************************************************************************************************************************** *5. MAINFRAME APPLICATION SUPPORT SPECIALIST (Deposits & Loans)* Prior application maintenance and 24x7 production support experience mandatory. Excellent communication skills. Able to articulate problems, solutions, root cause in meetings / telecoms. Technically strong in Consumer Banking Domain knowledge in the area of Deposits & Loans.
