Your script looks ok to me. The only thing I do differently is that I pass the parameters you pass to the Apache conmfigure directly to Makefile.PL of mod_perl via APACI_ARGS, eg. perl Makefile.PL \ APACHE_SRC=../$apache \ DO_HTTPD=1 \ USE_APACI=1 \ EVERYT
