I've been asked to respond re. Annex P2 of UL 1950/CSA 22.2 No. 950.
Your read of the Standard is correct. Components listed in Annex P2 that
meet either the designated UL or CSA standard are considered to meet the
requirements of UL 1950/CSA 22.2 No. 950. Also

We have equipment that requires 12 (twelve) PCs as SCSI emulators all running
concurrently.
Q. What should be done with the A.C. & shield grounds for the emulator cables
when performing the 801-6 tests? The spec indicates that ALL grounds be
raised by 150 ohms.
We have recently been hammered by the Machinery Directive and need to find a
source of relays that are Forced Guided Contact relays.. Anyone out there have
a source for these relays??
