Anybody know what equipment provides the waveform described above? Its
much slower than the IEC801 waveform. I tried Keytek and they don't have it.
Other suggestions to perform the test - just use the IEC waveform?

First many thanks to Bechard Russell from Motorola who pointed out
that surge reqmts are NOT part of EN55020. Would satellite
receivers fall under a different spec??
