I know it doesn't require a new LISN. It is only the old VDE CE limit that
went to 10 kHz that required an added LISN section (250 uH, I believe)
between the standard 50 uH, 50 Ohm LISN and the power outlet. You may want
to check the blocking cap though - that may be different.
