How did you collect so many of the PSTC members's emails? Why not join the
group and post once to <emc-p...@ieee.org>.
In the absence of more information this is just a shot in the dark. Is the
EUT (and supporting periperials) operated by battery or running off the
mains? The way I see it, you are probably tuning the whole structure
(unintentional antenna) by shifting the position of the ferrite bead. :-)
BTW, try posting it to PSTC news group rather than to individuals.
