I clarify that I did not mean anyone could sign a DoC. Only someone within
the Australian supplier's organization/company or in some circumstances, the
overseas manufacturer's organization/company may sign a DoC.
In terms of a DoC for C-Tick compliance, the regulations do not specify who
must sign however the Information to Supplier type guides advise it should
be a senior person in the company or organization. In reality, suppliers of
C-Tick products are quite often the importers of the product and have

Anybody have the current manufacturers (not test house fee’s) for VCCI
