Antenna Pre-amps

Can someone provide me with the name(s) of manufacturers of pre-amps that I can stick at the output of our antennas in the rage of 1 GHz to 40 GHz (don't necessarily need a single amp to cover the entire range). Anyone had good or otherwise experiences with these units? Thanks, Bob Heller 3M EMC L
