response from the sales manager, who sold me an ESU40 early this year, for
your reference.

insulating materials?
This is also called in NEC Article 310 and considered as fire hazard for cable
used in wet locations.

Chris is correct, it is the 3rd harmonic of the 125MHz. It is coming from the
RJ45 connector. Using shielded cables will help.
