Hi Jim, Korea instituted RoHS requirements back in 2007. Korea RoHS regulations are available at http://www.kece.eu/rohs/kr.htm. And, RoHS International’s website at http://www.rohs-international.com/korea-rohs/ describes those requirements. Also, Australia has had RoHS regulation in the works
