It was once 110 VAC and then 115 VAC.
I heard that now it may be 120 VAC

Mains voltage in the USA is set by the local utility.
For example, Clark County Public Utility, where I live,
supplies
ANSI C84.1 has requirements for voltages in the USA.

The Korea standard number is NRRA notice number 2009-38 (Technical Criteria for
Terminal Equipment). I'm told it is TIA-1096-A repackaged. I don't think the
2009 in the standard number means it was required for 3 years as I've just had
it enforced on our products for the first time.
