I am wondering of there are mandatory requirements for a data center ethernet
switch (not connected to the telecom network$ for Moldova today and whether the
SM Mark for such a switch with certification body number is required. I have

Yes - Intertek are at Leatherhead, i.e. “just up the road” from CEM.

If there is a CE mark there "should" be a Declaration of Conformity. If
there is, it will answer the question about what directives have been
applied. If there isn't, the mark may mean nothing very much at all.
