[PSES] Generic radio standard for aeronautical service

After some searching, we see that there is a lack of radio standards that cover an important ground-based product / system within aeronautical services. How should we proceed with finding relevant test requirements? Are there any generic radio requirements that can be used as a basis? BR Amund
