If you’ve been subjected to the current limiting requirement from the CTI
spec, what is the feed resistance that India uses? The spec does not give any
details. Is it the same as the old CTR21 for France, is it 600 ohms,
something else?

UL test reports are only available to the company that owns the file. If you
want a copy of the report then you would have to request it from the vendor,
and they may or may not want you to have part or all of it. They are not
publicly posted and UL can’t give you a copy.
