or is it sufficient to compile a new TCF describing the changes.

I came across the following flammability rating UL 95-5VA and UL
94-5VB. Is there a difference between these two rating and which one is
equivalent to the EN60950 classification 5V.

I agree! But why define a product standard (EN55024 in particular) that
defines limits that are only appropriate for a residential, commercial and
light industrial environment. Am I missing something?
