Hello David, amendment A1:2020 is the adoption of CISPR 32:2015/A1:2019 by CENELEC (without any modification), while amendment A11:2020 adds the European Foreword and Annex ZZ "Relationship between this European standard and the essential requirements of Directive 2014/30/EU [2014 OJ L96] aimed to be covered" that is required to have the standard listed in the OJEU.
