Hi Elliott, you can check the legal status of RoHS exemptions at Implementation of the RoHS Directive (europa.eu)<https://environment.ec.europa.eu/topics/waste-and-recycling/rohs-directive/implementation-rohs-directive_en>. There you will find an Excel list for download that will show the current status for each exemption. Many exemptions that are due to expire, or have already passed their expiration date are still valid because there is a request for renewal. They will remain valid until the European Commission has evaluated the renewal request and come to a final decision.
