All My understanding is that current standard for China is "YY 0505-2012", which is based on 2nd edition IEC 60601-1-2:2004.
Europe and North America currently require compliance with (versions of) 3rd edition IEC60601-1-2:2007, and will be moving to 4th edition in 2018. I have couple of questions: * Does China accept a report against IEC 2nd edition that references later basic (61000-4-x) standards? * Are there plans for China to move to using 3rd or 4th editions?
