Under the newish Broadcasting and Communications Equipment Certification
System in Korea it is unclear to me whether the requirement for Registration
of Compatibility of test and measurement equipment applies to all products
in this family or just those that intentionally radiate?

It is an extensive list. It includes non intentional emitters too.
You can check from the Tariff code and the product block diagram if it
needs certification. I do not however think the UK has got itself
organised despite various EU meetings. It looks like we are still the
