Below is an email I just received from Ing. Osvaldo D. Petroni of IRAM. It
sheds a little bit more light on the topic of Resolution 92/98. And for
those of you wishing to visit IRAM's web site, put on your Spanish glasses
first as that is the only way to see the sights.
