I have been to a talk Pete gave that included
information from IEC 60479 and the information was
very comprehensive and very interesting. If I
remember right, it included information on the effects
of dry skin vs. wet skin, different current
Bob, et al,
I would refer you to the IEC 60479 series of standards which deal with
the effects of electric shock on the human body.
The committee is composed of a worldwide set of medical doctors and
