Gunter, We have an Agilent E7404A from the same family of Spectrum Analyzers. We have used it as a general EMI and signal integrity diagnostic tool. We have not run the built-in EMI pre-compliance reports. We like the fact that it is a digital instrument which is an improvement over the

We have several analyzers in this series and have nothing but good things to say about them. We even drag them out to our OATS and they survive the trips. Agilent is phasing out some of the EMC equipment, so make sure that you are not going to buy an orphan. At least make sure that they will
