Chris: If you mean entertainment systems that are part of the host aircraft, then see: ARINC Specification 628P1-2 ARINC Specification 628 Part 2 These cover Cabin Management and Entertainment Systems, Seat Interfaces Peripherals. Then there are ARINC 485, Parts 1 2, for Cabin Equipment
