Actually in the original posting the line wrap put the remaining
characters on the next line so they didn't get included in the 'link'.
If you click as before and then when you get the 404 add 't.html' to the
end of your 'location' window and hit return it works just fine.

The European committee decided that implementation dates of new standards
could not be given away to the opinion of private organizations such as
IEC, ISO ETSI or CENELEC.
The implementation dates in the standard itself are therefore invalid
regarding to ce marking.

The date of publication (dop) is the latest date a country may publish the
standard as a national standard. Conflicting national standards must be
withdrawn by the date of withdrawal (dow). Therefore, both standards may
coexist for a period of time during which you may choose to comply with
