Not real sure of any of this yet. As far as I can tell, the files were
created by one of the two individuals mentioned in Walter Fricke's earlier
e-mail, either Senor Petroni or Senor Polverini. While Polverini works for
SICM, I am not sure where Petroni works.

I printed what looks to be a DofC compliant to Res. 92-98. Since it was
generated from this 20 questions program I found in the zip, my guess is
it will be compliant. Also, from the looks of this, your existing DofC
will probably not be compliant. As for required or optional, everything I
have gathered so far is required. Our dealer there has requested from me
copies of existing certifications and test reports (CSA, etc.). From my
conversation with him, it looks as though he is preparing this DofC.

I'll send the zip in a separate email.
