Dear emc-pstc colleagues: I have heard a rumor that IEC 950 amd. 4 is removing the "two layer" option for supplementary insulation. (see section 2.9.4.2: "Thin Sheet Material"). This leaves only the three layer option. Does any one know if this is true? Thanks a lot for your feedback!
