I recently purchased the BSI edition of EN 60959. The standard is complete, and incorporates amendments 1, 2, 3 and 4. It states that amendment 4 is not published separately. Although the standard is not bound, and consists of about 200 pages, there do not appear to be any gaps to indicate tha
