John, All, Sorry - I was wrong to suggest that standards should be found that would cover frequencies above 1GHz - because ALL harmonised standards under the EMC Directive are voluntary so there is no legal requirement to apply harmonised standards. Under 2004/108/EC it IS a legal requirement
